Procedure

  • To refer all the requests for purchase of new vehicles required by al institutions of Western Provincial Council to the Committee for vehicles operated at the office of the Chief Secretary and request approval or make request under Circular No 1/2016
  • These requests are referred to the Director General of National Budget for approval through the Ministry of Local Government and Provincial Councils on the approval of the Chief Secretary.
