- To refer the particulars pertaining to scholarships for the year to Provincial Ministry of Education once they are received from the President’s Secretariat.
- To report back to the President’s Secretariat regarding the documents which are recommended for scholarships within the respective year once they are informed to Provincial Department of Education through Provincial Ministry of Education.
- To refer the cheque for scholarship, which is awarded to the selected student, once it is received from the President’s Secretariat.
