Providing passports to Members of the Provincial Council and officers
Procedure
- To refer the application to be filled by Member of the Provincial Council ,who wishes to obtain official passport according to form in annex I of Internal Circular No 01/2016, to Chief Secretary along with the recommendations of the Secretary of the Provincial Council ..
- To refer the application to the Controller General of Immigration and Emigration for further action after making recommendations for the issuance of a passport.
